Pros

It's a nice and very supportive place to work for. Great leadership. Top managements are very open minded and they listen to their employees and student employees. Benefits are very good if you work full-time. Full-time employees get free college tuition and their children get 75% off.

Pros

Great environment, good benefits, having a job that helps/impacts students preparing to take their place in the world.

Cons

Really low pay (at-least in IT). Understaffed. Team leads in IT are not very nice people / hinder advancement of anyone under them. Management will not do anything about it because they are afraid to rock the boat. There also seems to be a possibility of moving to outsourcing many facets of the department.
