Pros

Wonderful team of people who care about furthering higher education, teaching students, and supporting that mission. Very relaxed environment with hardworking, talented individuals.

Cons

Unfortunately, the compensation is low. St. Catherine has a very nonprofit, service culture which doesn't provide very good compensation. It's a great place to get experience but not a great place to stay and grow due to the low pay.

Pros

Working at the University of Saint Catherine was a great experience. The people are friendly, supportive, and encouraging. Access to educational services is optimal.

Cons

As the University has recently undergone a great deal of growth, both with the recent name change from "college" to "university" and the campus expansion, I would only hope that the core values of the institution would stay intact.
