Wonderful students and community environment!

Cons

Often a lack of support from leadership, staff at most levels are over worked and underpaid. Frequent turnover in some areas of the university creates a culture of uncertainty.

Buildings are beautiful, faculty is the most part quite friendly, and the pay wasn't the worst

Cons

The higher ups of the school didn't value other workers, often bending to others and not fully taking into consideration all of the issues at hands. There was a massive turnover in May that they have not recovered from and students gloat/brag about what happened. When I've tried to talk to certain members of admin they've blown me off and didn't wish to speak with me about my concerns.
