Pros
There are some very nice people that work within the St. Charles network, and it is in a great part of the state.
Cons
Poorly managed by the senior leaders and has pushed out other organizations in the region, advertising they will provide specialties more efficiently, then once occupying the satellite communities, they cut specialty services negatively impacting their new patients. Retention is low for many reasons, including poor reimbursement.
