      Pros

      Excellent benefits, Strong leadership presence, room to advance, diverse group of coworkers, positive impact on community, work is rewarding.

      Cons

      Rural healthcare can be challenging. CO has a diverse population and a significant portion fall far below the poverty line. The starting salary can be low compared to more populated areas, but advancement is possible.

      Awesome culture. Great management in most areas of the hospital.

      They don't pay very well at Medical Facilities in Bend OR.

      Got to work with a lot of great Technologies and really great People. Management is solid as well.

      Cons

      I would have liked to see the Salaries more in line with other Cities in Oregon. They are still a little lower.
