Top heavy, one-side, & old school

Awful management. This unit is a dumpster fire. Having seen nearly all of their reliable staff leave in the past year, they are running with a miserable skeleton crew and a handful of travel nurses. The managers here are some of the most out-of-touch, incompetent and unprofessional leaders that I've seen anywhere in the health field. The stream of condescending and patronizing voices from leadership is topped only by their stupidity and ignorance. Rules are not enforced here and there are practically no measures in place to ensure safety. Each patient is treated differently depending on which doctor they have and how long their insurance will keep them in the hospital. Do not waste your time looking into St. Clair as a potential employer!
