Only pro was patients and families, worst work environment ever. Very deceitful/ fictitious group of employees at Spencer. Families and Patients are not most important. Culture should not even have a one star rating.

Cons

Work environment/culture is absolutely horrible. Zero overall rating. High percentage of turnover in this office for obvious reasons. Company values are pointless.
