Pros

You were scheduled your clients you needed to visit and do paperwork on but it was flexible by a few days. I enjoyed the coworkers that I worked on the team with.

Cons

Only if we had to work beyond our hours we are ready put in like we needed somebody to sit with a client while they were passing away or on weekends. That was very very rarely that we had to do that.
