Pros

The only thing good about this job was getting to be with patients. The physicians were also amazing to work with.

Cons

No work home balance. All you do is work and on call hours above working all day. Long hours 14+ daily. Long travel hours as well due to large territory.

The clinical staff is generally great, benefits offered are very good

Cons

Corporate is extremely disconnected from the branches. Work-life balance is almost non-existent in some branches. Pay is on the lower end in all clinical positions compared to other companies.
