Pros

St Croix has the best culture around. From the CEO down they are all personable and will always listen to new ideas. Has great work/life balance, excellent benefits and has a patient first mindset.

Cons

Sometimes fast paced, but that is to be expected and at the end of the day it’s always an honor to be there for the families that deserve the best hospice around.

Pros

Flexible/Independence. The branch has a great team in place.

Cons

A lot of turnover high up. Unsettling feeling. Too many chefs in the kitchen on a corporate level. Focus is not on patient care but on the numbers.
