Pros

Caring for patients at the end of their lives, providing them comfort and joy. Wonderful hard working and dedicated co-workers. Flexible hours, PTO, Great benefits. Pay is competitive for the area. You are paid holidays that you are not working. Compensated for being on call.

Cons

I haven't found anything in the last 4 years I have worked here.
