Being part of the end of life journey with terminally ill patients and their families is incredibly rewarding. It is a true honor to be invited into the patient and families home to care for, educate, advocate and support the goals of the patient and family. My coworkers at St Croix Hospice are exceptional. It is a very supportive environment focused on patient care and supporting each other. The company offers great benefits and is always implementing new tools to make the job as easy as possible.

Cons

Working in hospice requires strong boundries, great organization, and good time management.

I love the work that i do. St. Croix's mission and philosophy has kept me here for over 6 years. I enjoy working with both the my co-workers at the branch and at the main office out of Oakdale. I feel very supported with any questions or problems that arise is my day to day work.
