-The people are great, and the reason many people love working here. The staff genuinely care about their patients and each other. -Decent benefits -Good experience, good education opportunities -Many specialties and units to choose from

Cons

-Profit over people -Administration -Compensation isn't terrible, but it is not at all what it should be for the responsibilities. And for how expensive Austin is.

- The staff on this floor are the best part of working here. Your coworkers truly start to feel like family who are all working together toward the same goals: providing the best care to sweet moms and their babies and just surviving the day.

Cons

VERY busy. If you are looking for a job where you can put your feet up, this likely isn't for you. Being one of the largest delivery hospitals in Texas, it can get BUSY here. There are often days where you feel like you don't get to sit much but we have a great team of support staff that are ready to help.
