Pros
Over the years, I have encountered the most wonderful people, not only who work for me, but also those people working in other areas, as well as those visiting the hospital. Very friendly environment overall. People actually care about the job that they are doing.
Cons
Top heavy. Fruitless spending has required downsizing in areas, expect at the top. Healthcare is expensive, and costs are steadily rising. However, too many decisions are made by the executives without the input of middle and upper management. The people that actually drive the ship will probably end up sinking it, unfortunately.
