      Pros

      Great job flexibility in terms of IT work options where you can apply your skills.

      Cons

      As with many places locally, open positions are decided upon before the job requisition is posted. If the position isn't decided upon, the decision making hiring process can be extremely long.

      Pros

      The facility had a few good things happening for them such as but not limited to: 3 days a week, offered benefits, great orientation process, great lunches, available parking, advancement opportunity.

      Cons

      There were a few rough spots also. They offered benefits but they were too expensive to obtain at least for my budget. My manager was unfair and rude. Didn't feel support from staff. They impose there religious preferences on what heath concerns they will pay for the employee.
