      Pros

      Training, culture, relationships to name a few. St. Dominic's has a reputation in the Jackson area that lends them a significant lead in the hospital industry.

      Cons

      There are really no challenges. The sisters are very aware of work life balance and the need to continue pushing the envelope in providing state of the art medical care.
