      Very, very friendly community as a whole Numerous services on campus, ie post office, gym, dining, coffee, etc Admin has a great vision and are qualified Benefits, such as tuition 10 hours a month pto plus sick, etc. holiday time off is great! Values, mission

      Management is becoming more demanding while resources stretched thin Pay to park at your job Change that outpaces employee capacity and cultural resistance to change, while demanding continual and growing high level of expectations

      Pros

      St. Edward's has a great family work environment and culture. It is great place to grow your professional career and advance your education at the same time.

      Cons

      There aren't many cons while working at St. Edward's. I would've enjoyed the opportunity to have had additional compensation, but other than that it is a great place to work.

      Great pay for a student, above min, fits well with class schedule, not too demanding

      I don't have any cons. I've enjoyed my time and they are very flexible with my class schedule
