Pros

It was a place where they really cared about their students. It was great community and I made friends with most of the staff members. Good benefits.

Cons

Because students come first needs of the staff was usually secondary. This created burn out and high turnover in my department.

Pros

Nice people with great attitudes. They understand that you are a student and let you change your schedule.

Cons

It can sometimes get a little boring and you have to be very pro-active to learn new stuff on the job. No opportunities to move up.

Pros

Positive working environment. You get to earn money while getting experience during your studies, which is great! Most workplaces at the University are pretty low-key. Flexible hours around your class schedule.

Cons

20 hour-per-week cap on your work, so if you need more money than that, I recommend looking elsewhere.
