Pros

Upfront and honest information is given to employees and perspective employees. They seem to care about employees. The orientation is detailed and expectations are clear. The midlevels all seem to get along well. The perks and benefits are good.

Cons

The health insurance doesn’t allow you to use anyone outside of the St. Elizabeth system unless you use the high deductible plan. I wish there wasn’t an exclusion.
