Pros

-Supportive culture -Rewarding work -Kind leadership -Fosters innovation and "thinking outside the box"

Cons

The organization, like any of its peer agencies in long-term care, is subject to a challenging future economic outlook for the industry. However, through innovation, business development into new service areas, and prudent fiscal management, St. John's is a leader in its management of the volatility of the industry.

Pros

I’m currently employed as an RN at St. John’s Home. It’s a wonderful place to work! The staff I work with are all so friendly, and they truly care about the elders there. There’s a great sense of teamwork, as well, and everyone is willing to help each other out. The management is very supportive, and the compensation is excellent. There are always fun activities being planned for the elders we care for, as well as for the staff...it’s a fun and positive environment. I always feel valued as a part of the team, and I truly enjoy working there :)

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about them.
