Pros

St. Joseph's depends heavily on the talents of its employees and allows for new ideas and creativity. Staff is extremely knowledgeable about their area of expertise and willing to share information with others. SJ Paterson is a teaching hospital so you are always learning what is new and SJ Wayne is an extremely staff-friendly environment.

Cons

Needs more flexibility in allowing working from home for those who can easily do this. Also should think about building another parking garage since there is a cost to park ($13.85 - $18.46/month depending on salary) and would be nice if there were more indoor parking in bad weather.
