The diversity of employee and patient population is one to look forward to. You gain a lot of insight from the different personalities and cultures.

Cons

Patient to nurse ratios are sometimes unsafe, employees are not always heard, pay should be determined based on specialties and experience. For example a new med surge RN should not be offered the same pay as a critical care nurse working in the industry for years. It is not the same level of care.
