      Pros

      Great benefits, nice Property bank....but that's all

      Cons

      Pay is low in comparison to other hospitals, there's a lot of red tape, no consistency in their practices, lot of favoritism. It's not what you know but who you know....and this applies for everything. ..promotions, salary increases and covering up for people. They always say working here is like being with family but it's not true at all!

      Pros

      Good food in cafe.

      Cons

      Nursing staff very unwelcoming. PCA to patient ratio extreme. Low pay. Have to stay for an extra unpaid 30 minutes to give report.
