      The mission and value based standards set forth. The appreciation received based on their program and services they provide to their patients within the community.

      Cons

      When you observe a lose of a patient on a unit, however being able to assist the family during this time by collaborating with other peers makes a big difference to your patient. Employees to work together as a team as outlined in the Mission set forth.
