manager tended to focus on things that didn't matter as much & failed to improve on things that needed more work on, pay was sub-par, nature of job was repetitive

Bad management company. Sodexo management is horrible and has caused too many problems in the dietary department. No accountability of hospital employees who regularly call out or no call no show. Write ups and coaching are non existent. Employees that should have been let go due to hospital policy are still working here. HR sides with management company instead of their own employees after management company lies and turns the narrative in their favor. Crappy annual raises, it's an embarrassment with the workload and what's expected of employees. NO holiday pay? I understand this is a catholic organization but only paying out holiday pay on Christmas and New Year's Day is disrespectful.
