      The hospital itself isn't fit for a dog.

      Pros

      The benefits are really good.

      Cons

      Employees overworked, not enough education for some jobs, no flexibility, working nights are unbearable, always feel like you under scrutiny, constant changing of rules and policies, employees are treated like children. The hours are horrible for some employees and it's hard to switch positions from night to day.

      Friendly co-workers and boss. Given space to do my job without having someone over my shoulder.

      Cons

      Pay is subpar for my field. About $6 an hour below National Average. I love working here but if I can get a better paying job I'll have to take it.
