They have been terrible with merging hospitals and long term staff have been treated very poorly. They ask you to do weekly check ins, when you mention this they don’t want to hear it. Live the values you preach!

I have watched this place go from bad to worse on a span of 6 months. There are at least 3 people quitting or stepping down each week due to poor management and lack of work-life balance. HR is literally nonexistent. The work environment from management in care coordination/case management to include Utilization management, and social work are all toxic. You are expected to pick up slack of others. I have watched management talk disrespectfully to employees with no regards. There are clear cases of nepotism, shunning, insults, and fineable activities going on due to the lack of training and knowledge of employees and management.
