Cold hearted managers. Hospital cares about patient health but not employee health. Managers don’t care about employees.

The company resources are good. Employees get paid decently.

Cons

Your main challenge when joining this company is the management. Prepare to face terrible and rude management. The managers are some of the most toxic people I've ever met, and they sometimes even yell and verbally abuse employees for not being perfect. The work environment has a lot of unneeded hostility and fear.
