From personal experience Management has been flexible with requesting time off. Nurse to patient ratios are safe. Hospital will go on diversion when not enough beds (or staff for beds) Focus on continuity of care, patient safety, patient focused community care. Push for preventative medicine in clinics.

Cons

Milage paid to home health field staff is 51 sents per mile. Federal is 61 cents. With ever increasing costs this needs to change. Lower paying hospital in area. Inflation hurting employees. Increase in salary needed.
