My flexibility of the job was incredible. Worked in the field, very rarely at a desk. Loved the freedom.

Cons

Environment seemed very negative, always talking about how bad we do and what we could do differently. Breezed over the things we actually do good. Want a raise? Forget it. No matter how good you do at your job or how much more you do to fill in for other positions, pay is based on number of years. Won’t give raises if you ask.
