Pros

The system leadership are strong and knowledgeable in their positions. The quality care they provide to the area is top notch!

Cons

The benefits aren’t great. Their incentive structure for directors and above is sad. They don’t address poor performers, they just mask the issue and over work counter parts.

Unfortunately, the management doesn't care about its employees. The leadership's priority is profits, and the well-being of employees is the least of its concerns. You will experience stress and pressure every day due to the awful management, and you cannot do anything but endure this horrible work environment.
