Pros

Consistent work. was employed at Amazon fulfillment through smx. plenty of walking 10-12 miles in an 8 hour shift for pickers.

Cons

very hard to get any time off. point system is stressful to work around. very little opportunity for advancement. do not recommend to those who have wives/husbands and children.

No accolades for this company.

Cons

Workers went for weeks without receiving their pay . SMX staff constantly lose employee information ( SS# , school transcripts/ diploma copies ) . Lack of respect for employees . I saw SMX staff on numerous occasions making fun of employees who came in to ask for information . Truly unprofessional in comparison to other staffing agencies that I have encountered .

There is absolutely nothing positive about this company.

Cons

SMX staff management. They are unprofessional, rude and liars. It's too bad Amazon uses them to recruit workers. I will no longer purchase merchandice from Amazon.com until they find a suitable professional company.
