Pros

Can make money. Low quality associates call-outs provide lots of call-ins.

Cons

Leads are clueless about the manufacturing process and some moral issues. Lower management are now merely overpaid time keepers, but act like self absorbed control freaks.

Pros

Growth for those willing and able to stretch for it. This company was built from the ground up by smart hardworking people. The challenges of an ever evolving business require dedication and hard work. If you give those you will be recognized.

Cons

Not always easy but then what is. We work with people which means you have to be interested and creative to succeed. This companys culture allows for that.

Pros

Smx will almost guaranteed get you a job, so long as you can pass a drug test and have a pulse and don't mind dealing with endless bs.

Cons

About two weeks into working at Amazon under smx I got very very ill AND my car got hit by a seni, so I missed a few days, but still came in on the days I could, paying for a taxi. Now I'm at the end of my "points" and have a doctors appointment that's been scheduled for three months that I can't reschedule and smx is refusing to give me time off, so now I have to choose between my health and my job. Smx does not care if you are dying, all they care about is how much money you can make them. Also the micromanage everything you do. God forbid you have to use the bathroom during a time that's not break. If you do, they will come and harass you. Same if you're so much as a minute late for anything. If you NEED a job and can't find anything else, I still wouldn't suggest coming here.
