Temporary money to survive.

Cons

Management, gossip, unprofessionalism, dishonesty from management, slander to workers name once they are fired, inconsistency, no organization, news drastic changes EACH WEEK when you arrive to work, racism, they laid us off and knew they were going to fire us and don’t tell us until a week in advance and held a taxes bonus over our head and told us if we didn’t do this this and that we wouldn’t get it. My team and I signed for a year contract to work and only worked 8 months. They or the contract did not say it was subject to change it was strictly for 1 year. Hostile work environment. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

Wow, just when you think it can't get worse

They sometimes have accurate pay checks, and sometimes let you take your PTO

Cons

They will screw up your pay very often, they will not take the right amout of taxes out of your check. They will deny you the use of your PTO and their policy is to not pay it to you upon separation of employment. They will under pay you and over work you until you quickly leave and some other unfortunate person takes your spot and continues the cycle. This is a very horrible company to work for, I am sorry for those of you who have no other option.
