The pay is okay for the work you do. Hours are great. 3 days off is awesome. They will hire anyone you don't need any experience.

Cons

They will fire you for the smallest things. Training was poor. On your first 30 days I think they want you to focus on quality not your rate. But they don't tell you this. And if you get fired for quality you aren't able to get re hired .

There are none! Nothing good came out of working here!

Cons

Yes the pay is decent, but not worth it Racism - Made derogatory remarks towards me numerous times Refused to let me drink water, yet would say I'm not sweating. When I would get water, I would get chewed out and told I'm drinking too much Favoritism - When I would ask for help, I wouldn't get it, yet I would get yelled at when I got behind and not asking for help when I needed it (even though I did) yet someone else would ask and they got half the employees there helping. I Would be forced to do the work of 4 people. Management acted as if I was at fault I got sick and said they need people who want checks (on my first day of missed work)

Pros

Good environment. Secure, easy work, no hassle time off request. Management workers with you not above you. Pay is ideal for a first job, re-entering the work force or a seasonal/second income job. Hiring process is easy, make sure to have a pencil. The MARs employees are awesome and always very helpful.

Cons

Co workers can be racist, sexist and somewhat belittling. Employees take advantage of management. Obvious favoritism. Curiosity is discouraged and leads tend to take over if they think you can't do your job or they don't help at all if you honestly do not know what you are doing. Breaks are not guaranteed and over time can be mandated.
