      Pros

      Working with Amber Ross at Staffing First was such a positive experience. She’s genuinely caring, professional, and always quick to respond. Amber made me feel valued as a nurse and went above and beyond to make sure I was placed in the right assignment. Her communication was clear, and she followed up regularly, which made the process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find a recruiter who truly listens and supports you every step of the way — Amber definitely does. Highly recommend her!

      I am a woman in the LGBTQ+ community and was brought in with open arms. This team of people are loving, supportive, and encouraging! I believe that anyone who gets involved with Staffing First will have the same feeling. If you are looking for a supportive and inclusive work environment, Staffing First may be a great fit for you!

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunity - I've been promoted three times in four years. Salary growth - my salary has continued to increase hugely in my time with the company. Work environment - I feel supported, valued and cared about by my coworkers and the owner.

      Cons

      Vacation time - it's difficult to take a larger chunk of time off being a smaller company, but this has been worked on and improved in my years here.
