I just wanted to take a moment and reflect back on last week. I first want to give God all the glory and honor for leading me on this path. 1.5 years ago I took a leap of faith and pivoted into a different career path, and it’s truly been such a blessing to look back and be amazed at how far I’ve come. I started at SRG in late June 2022 and two weeks later one of my coworkers, Kylie Ray started. We quickly became best friends in both the professional and real world. We have been promoted together & have been side by side throughout our SRG career thus far. This past week, Kylie and I were invited to the sales summit that SRG hosted in Tampa. The best way I can put it is, we sat at the “big kids table” and WOW it was nothing short of incredible. To sit in a room full of people who not only care about their people and business, but about their clients and candidates as well at such a deep level. I felt like a sponge, soaking in all the conversations that were had. There were many “ah-ha” moments along with “ha-ha” moments 😉 I am so excited to see the growth SRG will have in the years to come and my impact on the company. Bring on 2024, we are more than ready to conquer you 👊🏻 Proverbs 16:3 “Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”
