Low pay, terrible supervision, no direction for help.

it is a very laid back job not to hard of a job. only down side is the pay could be better to compete with other locate companies. And being oncall all week Monday thru Friday sucks but I guess it could be worse

Cons

low pay compared to other companies with same amount of utilities and bigger areas with sometimes a high ticket count by urself

Company doesn't take care of long-term employees. Cares more about new hire. Health insurance is expensive and not good.
