Area manager is great. Great office support.

Cons

Low pay, crappy health insurance. no paid holidays, must give 30 days notice to use PTO or a vacation. no sick time. No upper leadership, no pay raises for a great job done. no recognition when a client tells them you are doing a great job at protection their plant.
