Good front line managers, great co-workers, try to come up with some unique perks, flexible schedule, company vehicle & fuel card

Cons

High burnout, high turnover, poor pay, arbitrary employee discipline, unwilling to listen to employee concerns, management treats company like a personal piggybank, insurance plan is a joke, saw them violate multiple labor laws, equipment is a joke

M thru F job if you want overtime you can get tons of hours company truck so you dont have to drive to work is nice good local management

Cons

poor training system really poor health care only 1 week of time paid off, Holidays off but not paid so you have to use your vac time if you want to get paid Upper management has no idea what is going on poor equipment always breaking down
