      Pros

      Lots of fun activities and company benefits, younger working environment and set hours.

      Cons

      Very political and promotions are based on who hangs out with whom. Some people have been there for a while and are good workers but management kept overlooking them for promotions.

      Pros

      Surrounded by smart and hardworking employees throughout the company. You are not just a name or number, management cares about each individual. Exception: if you are not prideful and passionate of the role you play, you are going to struggle and eventually managed out.

      Cons

      Nothings major. Some of minor stuff: The Jura Coffee/Espresso/Capuchin machines are too slow, snacks/drinks in lunch room need to be stocked 24/7

      Pros

      Stamps.com has been the perfect place to work IMO. My team has been supportive and fun to work with. Management has been extremely fair and generous. I've learned a lot here and they encourage input from everyone. Customer care has been exceptional to my clients and leadership there is second to none.

      Cons

      No downsides whatsoever, I couldn't have a negative thing to say if I tried
