Pros

One thing specifically missing in Stamps.com that I've experienced in most companies is the lack of politics and infighting. Maybe because the company is rather flat and everyone rolls up their sleeves to get work done, and of course top-down culture influence, but everyone seems to get along quite well and you don't have overt jerks mucking up the works.

Cons

The company can be a tad slow on updating to the newest technologies, choosing the stable, safer path at the cost of having faster, better or updated operations. It's understandable but I'd rather have more up to date systems to work with, which will free up time to do more

Pros

- Excellent benefits/PTO. - Relaxed and friendly corporate culture. - Lots of events are held for employees with free food and drinks. - Stock options help boost salary - Hires talent from within, lots of internal promotions

Cons

- Sometimes slow to change - For a technology company, some systems/processes are extremely outdated - Not enough QA testing of their software - Communication between departments is improving, but still not ideal. Customer Care is often left in the dark, whether intentional or not.
