Pros

They do their best to make it a fun place to work, lots of free snacks and video arcade in the lunch room.

Cons

No room for advancement if you don't fit into their click , there's lots of favoritism, certain people will get promoted right away if they have a family member or spouse that works there and they don't have to apply for the position like everyone else.

Pros

- Benefits (health, stock options and more) - most coworkers - lunch/break area - lunch options around the building.

Cons

I had better views of this company when I stated but changes in a the company made a lot of good people leave during this time. At the end of the day, this company showed me that they cared more about making a quick buck that making long-term sustainable changes. - Dated software - Horrible job when they acquired Endicia - Company standards are not the same across locations. Some location do nothing more than minimum work causing drastic differences to the customer's experience.
