      Good place to work but heavy on management

      Pros

      Culture is open, good pay and benefits, challenging work.

      Cons

      Management heavy, communication from mgmt was lacking for myself and team. The shift to a more silo based IT structure suits some people, just not myself.

      Coworkers are good. They have some interesting things to work on. Management is good and are available when needed.

      Hard work / life balance. Seem to care more about making more money than creating quality for our customers.
