      1. Stock used to rock and seems to be climbing back. 2. A day off for a month worth of perfect attendance was nice.

      Cons

      I ended up at Stamps as part of Endicia acquisition and was struck by two things. 1. The inferior and more buggy software. 2. The ultra-controlling and domineering culture. You will be put in a straight jacket and your every move will be watched. The On the Job Expectations you'll receive are draconian with dire consequences. If you have free spirit, this isn't your type of company.

      Pros

      Great leadership, promote from within, promote positivity, and all around great working atmosphere. A word of advice, management does notice those perform very well, and metrics can truly help you stand out amongst your peers. Working hard equals promotion, plain and simple.

      Not finding this place sooner.
