It is disappointing to hear that you don’t believe we are a company that you could have advanced with. Our management teams are deeply committed to fair practice. Decisions are never based in nepotism or favoritism but rather qualifying skills and high performance. Approximately 1/3 of all our open roles are filled from internal employees. Many members of our management teams started their careers in our Customer Care group.
