Pros
*The job was generally pretty laid back a provided a good work-life balance (outside of summit season) *The organization was very well funded/connected making it, and by extension, your work feel societally relevant
Cons
*Organizational goals, and consequently organizational structure, were unclear and were constantly changing. This led to a lot of confusing org-charts and the absence of any clear hierarchy. *The lack of consistent organizational goals (and lack of profit motive) made it difficult to accurately assess both organizational and individual performance. This meant a lot of the wrong people ended up in the wrong seats.
