-company is constantly changing but they don’t know where they are going. -Many areas have been shut down due to lack of ROI and they don’t know how to recover. -poor structure and no stable set up for future success

Nice colleagues, good benefits and flexibility in the work schedule.

Cons

Lack of diversity throughout the organization especially in leadership (where there are no minorities in leadership position. Pay is not on par with other organizations. And while your past experience may land you a job the company doesn't consider the experience that you are bringing as it factors compensation and role. Internal vision changes every 6 months so it's difficult to put your stake in the ground and drive towards that goal.
