Pros

pay is so-so, could definitely be better. Bonus is okay, depending on couple of things.

Cons

Office politics and toxic teammates are off the charts. Your time here will depend heavily on how well you can pander to a certain “group”, rather than the quality of your work. Your growth, confidence, and ability to do your job properly can easily get hindered by it. This is not really the culture for anyone who wants to grow as a worker or as a person. But if none of that bothers you, then by all means. If you have self-respect, think twice, or more. You can tell straight away which “group” I’m referring to, which is honestly sad.
