Pros

The option to work from home two days a week offers some flexibility.

Cons

Overtime is often expected, yet management refuses to provide overtime pay. There appears to be little to no structured promotion pathway, making career growth uncertain. Compensation is below market levels, which can make it difficult for employees to feel adequately recognized for their contributions.

Pros

I honestly cannot find any pros.

Cons

In my experience, the Warsaw office has a very noticeable issue with bias against foreigners. When restructuring or layoffs start, expatriates and non-local employees are often the first to be affected. The environment can feel unbalanced, with limited transparency around decision-making during restructuring processes. Unfortunately, this creates the impression that nationality plays a role in who stays and who leaves. For an international bank, the culture should reflect fairness and diversity, but the reality in the Warsaw office does not always align with those expectations

Pros

Nice and supportive colleagues, great working culture, flexible working arrangement (i love this!) and no long working hours.

Cons

Complex structure and takes time for new joiners to understand (which its okay!), benefit wise is very minimal, can it be improved.
